Investment Property Landscaping

A 120 unit apartment complex in Provo had a grassy area that looked rundown and was not functioning well for tenants or the landlord. We transformed this space into an easy-to-maintain and usable rock-scape space for tenants and their guests and pets to enjoy!

Commercial Bathrooms

These are some bathrooms that we recently remodeled in a small commercial building. They were a challenge as they had a small footprint, but we were able to utilize the space we had well and make them into a comfortable and inviting space.

Main Sewer Line Replacement

We have the unique ability to not only be able to repair your broken, collapsed, or blocked sewer line, but we can leave you with a finished, landscaped front yard as well. This is unique to us because we offer both services. If you call a plumber, they might fix your plumbing problem, but you will be left with landscaping problem once they leave. This is not the case if you work with Evergreen Services!

Painting/Staining Beautiful Home

This was an incredible project in American Fork Canyon. We loved the rough-sawn lumber architecture and were happy to be a part of this amazing project. We stained all the rough-sawn lumber with a rich stain that brought a lot of depth and personality to the home.
